CHEMICAL PEELS

At Trouvé we're proud to offer three different depths of chemical peels: light, medium, and advanced.

Chemical peels remove the outermost layers of the skin to help with deeper correction. In addition to correcting pigmentation, chemical peels improve the overall clarity, tone, and texture of the skin while stimulating collagen deep beneath the surface.

All chemical peels require a consultation. Peels can be done on the same day as your consultation. Expect to peel for 2-7 days depending on the depth of the peel.

  • Light

    ZO Stimulator Peel: also known as the “red carpet peel” with no downtime by Dr. Zein Obagi. This revolutionary beta/alpha acid hydroxy acid peel stimulates cellular turnover, reducing fine lines and wrinkles and improving overall skin tone, texture, and clarity without downtime or peeling. It is recommended to do this type of peel every 2-4 weeks for optimal results.

  • Medium

    The Perfect Peel: A safe, effective medium-depth peel for All Skin Types & Ethnicities. There is no pre-peel skin preparation and little downtime. The Perfect Peel is known to treat active acne while correcting acne scars.

    SkinBetter Science: A medium-grade peel that is heavy in lactic acid, which makes it very hydrating. You will see very mild to no peeling. It is suitable for sensitive skin types with little to no downtime. Great for patients with mildly photodamaged skin, including early signs of skin aging and blemishes.

  • Advanced

    ZO 3-Step Peel: the only multi-functional epidermal peel designed to provide longer-lasting treatment benefits. Utilizing a blend of exfoliates, 6% retinol, and multi-action agents that stimulate collagen and restore moisture balance, it evens skin texture for softer, smoother, tighter-looking skin. This peel is designed to support dermal and epidermal stimulation. Preparation is required for this peel.
