  • Arrive Early

    Arriving to your appointment on time ensures our providers have the correct allotted time for your treatment or consultation. Arriving more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation of your appointment and a cancellation fee.

  • Clean Face

    We ask that you please arrive with a clean face. This means no makeup, sunscreen, or skincare products. We offer a face washing station should you need to wash your face prior to your appointment (please arrive 15 minutes early to do so).

    Going somewhere after? Feel free to bring your makeup to apply afterwards if makeup is allowed post treatment.

Our Policies

Our policies are in place to promote a comfortable environment and to show respect to our patients and staff. We ask that you treat our administrative staff with respect and decency upon the enforcement of these policies.

  • All new patients are required to place a $150 deposit for injectors and a $75 deposit for estheticians. All laser consults will require a $150 deposit. For appointments that are 2+ hours, a $300 deposit is required.

    All patients are required to place a credit card on file to schedule an appointment with Trouvé Medspa. Your card is not charged upon booking but will be charged in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation. Your credit card information is stored securely in our payment platform, which follows all required appropriate security compliance standards. Trouvé Medspa employees do not have access to your full credit card information and cannot charge your card for anything other than Trouvé-related charges.

    Your safety is our primary concern. To ensure a successful injection or facial experience, children are not allowed in treatment rooms.

    By scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to our appointment, late, cancellation/no-show, and refund policy.

  • Our administrative team evaluates the amount of time that you need with the provider for your treatment(s) and/or consultation. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We understand that life gets crazy and things come up, however, your treatment may be shortened and/or cancelled & rescheduled if there is not enough time to complete the scheduled treatment.

    If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged the $75 cancellation/no-show fee.

  • We require a 24-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within this window or no-shows will be charged $150.

    For laser treatments, CoolSculpting, and Microblading/Permanent Makeup, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. For these services, we also require a 48-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

    We do not accept CareCredit for appointment deposits.

  • Treatment/Services:

    We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Once services are purchased they will not be refunded. To ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Trouvé Medspa.

    If you are contraindicated for the scheduled treatment or your provider chooses not to pursue treatment, refunds are available.

    All injectable treatment sales are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

    Products:

    Unopened and unused products may be returned within 10 days of purchase with the receipt. In the event of an unexpected adverse reaction from a product, spa credit is available only upon consultation with your provider. Product must be returned in-spa with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase.

Pre-Treatment

While there is a chance of bruising and/or swelling with any injectable treatment, here are 3 ways to help potentially prevent:

3-5 days prior to treatment, avoid any blood thinning agents. Including but not limited to: aspirin, NSAIDS (ibuprofen, aleve, motrin, etc), St. John’s Wort, vitamin E, multivitamins, krill oil, fish oils, flaxseed oils, omega-3, gingko, ginseng, garlic, and glucosamine.

Avoid alcohol consumption 2-3 days prior to your treatment. Eat foods that contain bromelain (a protein-digesting enzyme that slows blood clotting time), such as pineapple, 2-5 days prior to your treatment.

Start taking Arnica tablets 3-5 days prior to your treatment. Arnica is an herb that can slow blood clotting time. Take 5 tablets, 3 times per day for best effectiveness. Arnica can be found at most drug stores, on Amazon, or we sell them at the spa.

Contraindications to Treatments

Sculptra, dermal fillers, and/or PDO threads can only be completed 2 weeks before and/or after:

  • Dental procedures and/or cleanings

  • Antibiotics/cold/flu symptoms

Sculptra, dermal fillers, and/or PDO threads can only be completed 2 weeks before and/or after:

  • Big events or travel

  • Cold sore eruption and the cold sore is healed

Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding are only approved for the following treatments at Trouve:

  • Classic European Facial
