We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Assistant to support our clinical team and ensure a seamless patient experience! This role is essential in maintaining efficient daily operations, upholding clinical standards, and delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced aesthetic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Room patients and verify all consent forms are completed accurately prior to treatment
Capture high-quality patient photos before services
Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain an organized patient flow
Stock and maintain treatment rooms and medical supply areas
Prepare patients and treatment rooms for services, including:
Body treatments
Application of numbing agents
Skin preparation for laser and microneedling procedures
Assist with post-treatment room turnover and cleaning
Sterilize instruments and ensure adherence to infection control protocols
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or LPN preferred
Strong knowledge of charting, sterile technique, anatomy, and medications
Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Demonstrates strong work ethic, personal integrity, and professionalism

We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant who thrives in a high-volume, luxury medspa environment—delivering seamless “white glove” service while serving as the first point of contact for patients and supporting daily operations. This role is essential for creating a welcoming patient experience while expertly managing multi-line communications, EHR systems, and administrative flow with precision and warmth throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Check patients in and out efficiently
Process payments and handle basic point-of-sale tasks
Complete general administrative duties to support clinic operations
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Attributes
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong tech adaptability and willingness to learn new systems
Experience with scheduling platforms such as Zenoti, Boulevard, AestheticsPro, or similar
Basic understanding or interest in skincare and aesthetic treatments
